Has anyone used them? I've got a reasonable quote but I don't know anyone that's used them. Has anyone had any experience of them?

I do, I have not claimed with them but have a friend who has and they where great!

I have my dog insured with them and had a big claim for both her cruiciate ligaments done at the same time and they paid up promptly and didn't put any clauses on the policy. So a very positive yes from me.
