A word of warning to anyone considering purchasing any items from Shwmae Products LTD .... DO NOT DO IT, JUST DONT GO THERE.
You pay a lot of money, eventually after months of waiting something turns up ... it doesn't fit, they offer to alter it to give 'the perfect fit' and you never see it again.
They are very rude to you, they do not hesitate to tell you lies, they send false dispatch notices and getting a refund is a nightmare which I am currently going through.
I am not alone in my grievance with this company ... there are a lot of very dissatisfied customers out there .... I am just spreading the word as far and wide as I can.
Shwmae Products LTD .... DEFINITELY DONT GO THERE!

There was a thread about them a couple of days ago but the thread was removed, however there's a thread running now on horse and hound forum and it's really really long and sooo many unhappy customers!

Yes I am pretty determined to voice this grievance ... I started the H&H thread. Rather annoyed Jessica Clarke of Shwmae who said it was slander and tried to get H&H to delete the thread.
There are quite a few people who just give up and let Shwmae get away with supplying items not fit for purpose.
I am not prepared to let this drop especially after the deceit, they can not treat honest customers in that manner.

Hello all, I am Jessica Clarke. I would like to advise the police have been called on this lady.... They have a case open on her name, we have also been informed of a company on Facebook who have stolen our photographs and are selling vast amounts of onesies and not sending them through.
If anyone has an issues come to us direct and the police will be called immediately. If Karen persists with this I will push to press charges.

Hello,
I went into the police station for online bullying aimed purely at myself. I also made other authorities aware of slander with intent to damage my company. I seeked trading standard advise about her product and followed all of their support.
When this was not enough for the buyer and she chose to take a direct attack at myself I followed it through to the police.
This is not unjustified or unfair.
Admin should either close this or delete it as I can happily supply them with the proof as I always do when I have evidence against the buyer or they can contact me direct for a chat and I will happily explain in depth the full situation.

I think that all of you who have not had any dealings with Shwmae products should not really be passing comment. I have had various issues with companies but would NEVER air them on a public forum. There are customers who are very pleased with this companies products and people who may have had problems - can you honestly say that none of you have EVER had a problem with any company?
I am now putting my tin hat on and diving for cover.

I think that when you pay £200 for a product and are told that it will be altered free of charge to fit you horse then this should be honoured. I currently have a product that has finally been returned to me (unaltered) that is not fit for purpose and is totally unusable even though I followed the manufacturers guidance for fitting. I kept the original emails from the company stating they would be happy to make the necessary alterations. I too have been advised by the Trading Standards on the next steps to take against this company. And I am not talking days, more like weeks/months. The Onsie was paid for in July 2013, finally received the end of August 2013, returned to them 5th Sept 2013 for alterations and returned to me unaltered 19th November 2013 after public airing. I have found in the past that companies usually take customer complaints seriously, they do not ignore them and they do their best to rectify the situation in a timely manner to ensure the customer is satisfied.

I am only persisting because you have not altered the Onsie as promised, so I have a rug for my horse which does not fit and can not be used. I think everyone is entitled to express their own opinion and draw their own conclusions. I am pleased you had a good experience with Shwmae, and yes you are being fair by saying so. I am curious to know what you ordered because what I do not understand is how when I ordered a Onsie for a 'standard' horse, which I honestly believe can be the only description of my 15.3hh ISH, that the legs fitted to the Onsie were more suitable for a very fine horse not a 'standard' size horse.

If the police have been involved on this case/senario then surely it should be locked Or is that a ploy ,i have and never will by anything from this company because i have never heard a good word said about them , however ,i do believe there maybe more involved in this thread to which we are not party too so therefore i will not comment further.
