ERM EXCUSE ME!!! Just what gives you the impression I haven't bought from this company? I am sick of writing my experience with this company for it to continually get deleted but my experience is on the horse & hound forum! I don't think you should presume to know people dealings with this company! I think you need to calm, down and stop being, quote, "a drama queen"! I have personally found this company to be excellent and have no complaints at all! I can only speak as I find as suggested in earlier posts! And that is my final word on it!! One HAPPY customer. I'm glad you are at least a happy customer, presume you ordered something simple, so far apart from Onsies that don't fit I have also heard of hoods that don't fit. That is apart from the numerous orders that never seem to arrive. One lady from Australia waited 3 months for an order of 3 pyjamas for her kids ponies and although she was given tracking numbers nothing arrived, finally after she went public on the H&H forum she was given a partial refund. She was pretty furious to then see what appeared to be her order (like the same sizes and the same material patterns) put on the Facebook site as a special sale.

I find it amusing how lisadundee is commenting when she herself "owned" a company in competition to my own so would be commenting purely on fact of competition and not the fact she has ever either ordered or had dealings with us. I personally see this as very petty that one company attacks another.
In regards to Karen trading standards are very happy with what we did by sending it back as we stated to them and will very happily state to you, after three weeks of use of the item and various times messaging saying it was fine but could do with a nip and tuck we were within right to assess the product and deem it as fine, used and would significantly damage it if we were to further adjust. If this is an issue it may have been best to of sent it back within the required time to have it exchanged before use.
Karen persists to take a direct dig at me which is not entirely fair if it is the company she has an issue with and I am a strong believer that airing dirty laundry over the internet is not the way forward. I too have had many many issues with companies but out of where respect for their work I would not be so cruel as to go around customers putting them off or doing what your doing Karen which is pick on one person in the company who you have never met, never had direct dealings with or taken the time to message politely and resolve the situation.
I do not see why it is you are so against others having been happy but when we are sending literally 50-150 a week and only maybe having one back to alter and plenty of messages of happy customers I do not see how it if justified that even ten people should gang up and be against when so many are happy, you only need see our page to see all the happy customers and in the three weeks you used it you were too so I see no reason to be so sour when I have messages where you were asked to send it back before plenty of times to resolve.
I feel this totally petty and easily resolved if you had approached us before using it so frequently.
I see no reason now to continue as the police are involved and I have made as many people aware as possible that one or even 20 out of thousands of customers should not be listened to without asking the whole truth before hand. Personally if dispatch is the only fault we have and that we won't be bullied then I am very pleased because with a new staff member and new seamstresses we can correct this but what about the companies which sell items that are dangerous? I take it because you've not had the experience with them then maybe these companies could not ever be at fault? I see plenty of nasty comments about other companies but personal I feel maybe like with us they sell so many that the few unhappy ones would never amount to all the happy.
I do see a lot is about age and I do see about is about online bullying in order to get your kick of the day, I see a lot of people from 2011 when I had two horses put to sleep and needed time to grieve but because these people keep cropping up new people seem to think these are new and they aren't.
I will leave it there but I am going to be honest that I am fed up now of justifying my actions when we have so many more happy then we do unhappy.
I would also like to add in that Karen has only added herself to this forum the same as horse and hound to have a go at us, now I don't know what others may think but I personally find that utterly petty, she goes on about other customers but know where does she state the hundreds and thousands of happy customers. It all seems totally beyond me how one person can be so full of anger that they feel the need to ring lead others.
If I was going online and I was getting hundreds of hate mail or loads of rubbish I would understand but the only issues I've had are in direct retaliation to Karens little games, and people have honestly come forward furious and rather disgusted at her actions. Just because I choose not to air my laundry doesn't mean out of the 40,000 followers in total that we have that hundreds don't message me in utter disgrace that one person is purposely trying to destroy a companies name and for what gain? Why not let others order and make their own choice.... I will again state that I am sure some people haven't liked the fit or not liked something about our items but out of hundreds how can we be perfect?
I am looking at this thread thinking, there is one person from 2011 which was our friend for ages then suddenly went sour, there is one person who owned a company so had a direct dislike for us, there is another trying to publicise her company which I think is pathetic! With all due respect why not let your products speak for themselves and not come on a dislike thread to make yourself seem better, and the other people have never ordered but are now missing out because two companies, one 3yrs old order and one rather pushy person feel the need to persist with this even though there is utterly no point.
You are having a go at Rachel because she says she's happy then in another breath asking why others don't come forward.... Have you ever thought maybe forums are just alace where people are allowed to run off with things and is a place many decent people wish to avoid. I myself don't enjoy forums as I see it as a breeding ground for people who pick on those asking for help or a place to damage companies, we are not the only company on here to take a smash.... Being so nasty as to say at least one happy customers is totally unfair. Please take the time to actually see our wall and you will see plenty of really happy people, it's beyond me why people feel the need to be so nasty to each other. What has human kind come to!
No company is perfect, I will address the issues and resolve them but would appreciate you not continuing your little game of getting people to gang up because your spoiling it for others!
