Sorry but he didnt belong to you, the gypsys left him on council land, the council has every right to seize the horse and recover costs, Provided they gave notice of intention to seize it to the owners.

On the search for flash a 13hand trad stallion, he was owened by gypsies an left to graze on counsel land who took him an sold him in the sales, I was unknown about this and would offer a 1000 pound reward for the pony back. As I broke him in and would want his safe return, if you bought a small trad stallion or know we're flash H is message me thank you. A photo might be useful!

I'm confused, who actually owns this pony?
The title of the thread states he has been stolen, but then the OP goes on to say that it has been left by gypsies and sold on by the council.
I hope that you find that he is safe and well but you can't really expect his new owners just to give him up like that no matter how much you're offering.

I think it was loaned out to some travellers by a lady. And it was taken when under the care of the travellers as it was fly grazing. That's what I can gather from hearing from the lady elsewhere. The council/ company hired by the council wanted a lot of money for its release from the compound and then it was sold on to pay fees. I'm pretty sure it's the same pony.

working hunter, he has not therefore been STOLEN!! please stop advertising him as such, you take attention away fromt those horses that genuinely have been stolen as opposed to legitimatly sold!
