Yes, you could show her in the CHAPS classes, but if she is not registered with Chaps and you are not a member you will not be able to take the qualification.

I was going to register before hand, entries open on February 1st for the show. But wasn't sure if she would be good enough

She looks nice enough to me, if you register her, I would suggest you do her as 'native type' rather than 'traditional', as going by the photo's she looks more native type.

Thanks. Would she have to be trimmed in anyway ie feathers etc?
She does have a full beard and is quite fluffy but only 2 1/2 and lives out all year unrugged so didn't really want to trim her up in Winter

All you need to do is turn her out like you would a Welsh sec D, so leave her feather, trim her jawline and ears and shorten her tail and tidy the length of her mane.

Also would she need a JMB height certificate? As she is still growing You only need JMB certificate for ridden, and only if they are under 148cm.(14.2hh)

Ok fab thanks. She'll only be doing inhand for a while, however is currently 15.1 and still growing
