Looking to get a new pony for next season but really stuck on what we should get, will be 13 next year so still ok for 128s but don't think that is quite right. I am small for my age and an ok rider, been doing open 133 shp at the same time as running my fr, we would normal run my fr as an open but as she is 122 and a welsh b she is to small to do opens with as judges think she is a poorly put together a. Not that keen on jumping so workers not really an option. Looking to be doing RI/HOYS qualls with it when it is up and running. Any ideas on what sort of class might i be able to do with what sort of pony. I am not looking to buy a pony at the moment and this is not a wanted advert. thank you!

How about a 13.2 SP? I wouldn't really go any bigger if you're still 13 & quite small for your age.

If you are small for your age why not think about a small breeds M&M as there is no age limit on M&Ms. You could go up to 13.2 Section B

Depends on what level you go. Hoys/RI Section B classes very popular but then again all M&M classes now are very popular

I would say a 138cm SP or an open m&m, I do like my b's.. No age limit on m&ms and very versatile types Perhaps even a 143shp, depends just how little you are I suppose, hunter ponies have been my all time favourite throughout all my showing years, you can last up to seventeen in those classes too..
Hope there's some nice ideas for you!
