I have found cool, calm and colleted from Equifeast to be amazing, you can also fine tune it, and give extras just before an event. give them a call, they are incredibly helpful

Magnesium is good. This is what is in all the calmers. I found it works best. Used calm and condition for a while and then magic supplement, neither of which made any difference. You can order it from the internet xx

I too can highly recommend Global Herbs Supercalm, and know of many that it has worked wonders with - my own included. Well worth a try and not megabucks expensive either. Good luck and let us know how you get on.
