I am having the exact same problem ie. there are no adults to add. I have been through their instructions and everything is fine, D.O.B etc all fine, still puts me as a JR though

and it gets worse!!!!! My membership number is no longer recognised (persumably because we are now 2014) and I can't open a new account as my email address is already in use!!!!

Everything should be working correctly now, there was an issue with a few accounts but this has been corrected. Any problems please call or email the office and they will help you out.
