JMB Measurers Cheshire/Staffordshire

Who would you recommend to use in this area?

I used Campbell last year so need to use someone else this year for my gelding's LHC.

The other local measurer to me I used last year for a different horse and they were so unprofessional and didn't forward the correct paperwork to the JMB (even after being phoned by the JMB twice). I ended up having to sort it direct with the JMB and as a result, it was all delayed unnecessarily so I don't want to use them again.

There only appears to be one measurer in Staffs now, right down in Wolverhampton and I don't want to drive too far unless I have to. I'm on the Cheshire/Staffs border if there's anyone you can recommend?

Wright and Morton @ Somerford Park .. They even do a Saturday

Pool house vet in Lichfield do measuring and then the Wolverhampton people are the only ones in the midlands

Pool House are very good and efficient we used them with no problems

Just to add…. i have just called to book in at pool house and they no longer do JMB.
Long treck for me now as nothing at all nearby!

What about Blackbrook not far from Nantwich? Haven't used them for a year or two, - dont they still measure? Or there is a very helpful vet near Bridgenorth - sorry cant remember their names, but surely the easiest thing to do is go on the website, and look at the locations of the vets registered.

The one at Blackbrook doesn't appear on the list anymore sadly.

I have looked on the list but it only has the measurers themselves now rather than measuring pads and I know some measurers don't work exactly where they live hence asking.

Plus I'm on the border of two counties with Derbys, Shrops and South Lancs also within reasonable distance!
