What a horrible thing to do. I would speak to the police, I would have thought you could get an ASBO on him! However much you feel like it, don't chin him!!! Think it would backfire and the little sh*t would end up with an ASBO against you!

Hi the police , I have been to the station given them the evidence and they were coming round but have backed out and told us to ring environmentally people, and then if we get no joy call them back, even called environmentally health at local council, still waiting for call back, been a week so far, after loads of calls

That is hellish. Have you thought about suggesting that as there is a pregnant woman coming to the house regularly you will hold, the council, responsible if they do not do anything to stop, this? Do you have a community police officer in your area you could speak to?

Video him on several separate occasions throwing cat crap onto your lawn. It needs to be definitive filming. Film the cat crap each time, landing situation, and close up. Then get a decent lawyer. Good luck.

We had much about the same thing happen last year to us. We live in a small hamlet of houses in the country, and everyone seems to have at least one cat, including ourselves. The lady next door to us - who is cat less - had her front lawn removed and replaced with shingle, which ALL the neighbourhood cats thought was a wonderful idea! Because we were closest to her she assumed all the cat poo had come from our cats, and proceeded to return it by lobbing it over the fence onto our front pathway. As we rarely use the front entrance (car is parked out the back) it wasn't until the postman knocked on the door one day to say he was having to play tip-toe to get up the path, and had narrowly missed flying cat poo landing on him!!! I phoned the environmental health people, and they were very sympathetic, but said call the police first. The lady had the local beat bobby knock on her door, and he had a little chat with her, informed her of the error of her ways, and that she could end up in court. He then phoned me to say she had apologised and promised not to do it again. She hasn't spoken to me since, but the path remains clear! Please contact the police again, a little word from them may make all the difference. Good Luck x
