That's a brilliant idea! Hope you find someone to take you. Just a thought, why don't you try the local Young Farmers Association and see if you can find a nice young man to take you.

if you have no luck with the Young Farmers why not put up a notice in your local Farmer's Co-operative? Or yu could contact Countryfile or the One Show, it is something that might interest them

Don't worry there will be an overflow of them lol! I've contacted Countryfile, Yorkshire Young farmers head office, John Deere and Great Yorkshire show. Currently doing little adverts for local co-op and going to contact NFU. May even email farmers weekly!

In our village we have a farmer who keeps a tractor and trailer clean for all these type of events, even took an old chaps coffin to the cemetary in the bucket last year ! We are in Wales though so too far away xx

Hope you know where the hotel is- the traffic is horrendous. Is it really a place to take a horse?

Wow brt! It'd be quite a good business venture. I've got nobody confirmed but a few maybes just that time of year! Roxy93 I did concours with my welsh B before he was out on loan, he is absolutely 200% bombproof, If it wasn't just generally dangerous in Leeds I would have no issues riding him in my prom dress, he loves it lol! and JudyH Hi, Yes I do know where it is. I wouldn't dream of taking a horse into one of the busiest places in Leeds. I would of done if it wasn't too busy however I am aware it's too dangerous.
