Just wondering what a scrub board does says it stops the horse from leaning but is it a stronger bit than a normal hanging cheek ?

Well I Hadn't until I was looking for another hanging cheek on ebay. Maybe gillwales has she seems a wealth of knowledge .

I'd never heard of them either. But after a search online found out that they are bits which have an overlay of copper on the mouthpiece. They may encourage mouthing of the bit
