I asked about a job on another page 7 days ago., and still no reply, do they not want staff, there's no number so I can't contact them any other way, and the job had only been on the site for a day when I asked about it, tut

I think you will find I posted this on behalf of someone i used to work for as they arent very good with using computers and the internet! But with a stinking attitude like that you'll be struggling to find work. And if you read the post it says PM ME!!!

She doesn't want her phone number displaying all over the internet. I'm not sure what it is with the equine industry, why do grooms think it is acceptable to apply for a job via text message, forum replys etc. A contact number to have an informal telephone interview to then arrange a face to face interview seems perfectly acceptable to me. It wouldn't happen when applying for a job elsewhere.
