Has anyone had their Equifest schedule yet? I've looked at the schedule on the website but I'd like to get our stables booked etc and there doesn't seem to be any way of doing it online!

I joined a month ago.. kept watching the website and now I see red stables are selling fast. You cant buy them online and we havent had a schedule/ entry form so how are people doing this? It s a bit unfair?

Great. Mine begins with Y !!! And red stables dont seem to come up when we try to book... seems very unfair to open any of it till ALL members get a look at the schedule and a chance to book red stables? I could be wrong as we havent done this show before and I thought red stables couldnt be booked online? Equifest have said red are selling fast so by the time Y gets done next week we will have no chance if they are taking bookings already. Wish I hadnt paid £45 membership now....

Does anybody know whether the showground layout has changed re the Blue stables and parking? We couldn't go last year and of course we read quite a lot of negative comments about the layout and people having to walk ridiculous distance between lorry and stable. Although we have sent off our entry and hope to get a red stable, realistically the chances are pretty remote it would seem.

Red stables can't be booked online, only via post/email/fax/in person. We did ours in person at the office on Thursday. I think schedules were sent out to last year's exhibitors first.

Well done Hack booking in person on Thursday!! We are exhibitors from last year and as I said received our schedule yesterday. Unfortunately, we are a good 4 hours drive from Peterborough so need to rely on good old Royal mail!

Members schedules all got sent out last monday so any delays are coming via Royal Mail
Blue stables got changed back to how they used to be last year

Just re-checked envelope to see that the postmark is dated 30th April, so perhaps not Royal Mail's fault afterall!! However, I take the view that what will be will be and with that thought in mind it will be up to us no matter what, to make the very best of the situation. |

I saw on FB that they have all been sent now,and no idea why its taking so long. Bit frustrating that its the only thing that cant be done online. Apparently the office is inundated already. I have put an entry in anyway. First time for us.
