13 Year old TB Mare, Ava Maria by Flemensfirth out of Port Alley
17hh+ with lovely paces and excellent temperament. She has been with us for 3 years breeding Show Horses but is from an excellent racing breeding, being half sister to Cheltenham Gold Cup Winner, Imperial Commander. She has never had any health issues so although we have used her as a broodmare she is capable of being brought back into work if someone is looking for a project to bring on but will need to start from scratch as she has not been ridden for many years.
Registered Weatherby's and named on passport as well as stamped Broodmare.
She has bred 2 lovely fillies for us who both look to make her height and build. Although she has not been ridden with us, she has been walked out in traffic and is fine and happy. She is also ok with the loading and travelling and the farrier as well. She really is an easy mare who has never been any problem at all so I would love to find her a new home that will give her the time she needs as we are no longer breeding so needing to reduce. For sale through no fault of her own and home is definately more important than price hence.....
