Starting to think about equifest and doing some preparation for the workers. I didn't venture to the worker rings last year, just wondering if there were any specific challenges or fences that caused issues etc. obviously I know it will be different this year but it's nice to get a feel for what the courses are like. Also, who was the photographer for the worker rings, does anyone know if the pics are still online? Thanks

The majority of the rings are flat , and the courses are quite poley, not too challenging. We took a novice in 2012 and we had qual for the Horslyx which we went onto win and take champion, so Best of luck xx

think the photographer was flash harry.. I haven't got a worker but lovely courses, the one by the yellow parking has some slopes and is more challenging, the rest of the rings are flat. Super fences and they do some great training classes too

I think the pictures are still online as I was looking at them the other day as my daughter wants to do the novice m&m workers . There are so many pictures I couldn't work out which was the novice in the end . Did think about entering the class then giving it a miss if I think it will be to much for them but knowing my daughter she will want to do it even if it looks to hard so I don't think I will .

We are in North Yorks and struggling to find qualifiers for the M&M Championship class. Good luck to you though!

I heard on facebook they are moving the main worker ring so it is no longer around the pond - It used to be fab with slopes and a bit of land over the pond that they sometimes put jumps on. I think they said they were planning to use the bank around the main ring in the new course.
The fences were nice with lots of the foam walls etc, in the smaller rings the courses were pretty basic and good for novices but lots of cut out animals and animals painted on fillers too.

I'm sure I saw a post but think it was last week sometime, so I can't find it on the Facebook page! I've just looked at the map and the worker ring 1 is up at the top, wasn't it bottom right before?

I saw the post about moving the workers ridden ring on FB as well Smalley , Betsy said that the piece of land used before was no longer available to them to use . Thanks for the info about the novice workers , think I will probably not enter them in it though as although jumping the height easily at home they are still quite green and have yet to do a course with spooky animal fillers .
