Gosh is the Toya stud even still going?? I bought a Toya mare about 10 years ago and it must have been nearly 20 then.

Yes Toya stud is still going. Was actually talking about the stud last week when down in Cornwall looking at a 3yr old out of a Toya mare

Haven't heard much about the Toya Stud down this end of the country either (Devon) That's why I was wondering when my old little Dilly is now x

The completely fabulously delightful Dilly Daydream is indeed enjoying her retirement at Toya Stud, where she is still "top dog", thoroughly spoiled and very much loved! Her field has amazing views over the sea (if only she knew how amazing it is!) and her stable is filled with a deep bed of straw. Very fitting for a champion pony who has given so much. I often see her and give her a big hug and polo mints. She is as charming as ever. Regrettably she was unable to produce a foal, very disappointing.
Toya Stud went champion In hand riding pony today at Liskeard Show with the 3 year old chestnut gelding Toya Mission Impossible (12.2) by Ardenhall Missoni out of Toya Tickled Pink and he also won at Bath and West. There were a few more Toya ponies there today too listed in the catalogue. I have 2 Toya ponies both Supreme Champions.
If anyone would like to know more of their Toya pony's history or you would like to let them know how your Toya pony has been over the years etc let me know and I will ask/tell Rose-Marie, Catherine and Natalie, they are always pleased to her news their stock I know.

Wow! Nice to hear how the old faces are doing! We competed against Dilly Daydream back in the leadrein days with our Barkway pony! Nice to hear she's in glorious retirement! We are just embarking on getting our old girl out again to teach a new rider the ropes..!!
