Beautiful well bred coloured mare, very pretty shp/whp stamp.
Puzzle sensation is our 10 yo field ornament who is too young and pretty to be wasted! We've owned her since she was a 3 yo but she has been outgrown for the past 3 years hence hasn't been ridden properly for 2 years as we haven't had a small enough jockey. Before that she was competed at local level with success.
She has natural talent over fences and I feel with a knowledgeable family or producer she will easily affiliate in whp or sj classes, with the right schooling she would even do xc
she is used to kids dogs and farm traffic, will load travel be groomed and fussed over all day long but not keen on pulling or clipping although I've always managed without sedation. Fine with farrier dentist and vet etc.
We have never hacked her on the roads but no reason why she wouldn't do this with an experienced horse to nanny her.
We have taken her to the beach and she loved it.
But she is very quirky and will need a confident jockey who has instructor or adult input on a regular basis or a teeny lady rider. She doesn't bolt or tank off but she is sharp and can nap this takes the form of humping her back and acting silly.
She has been hormonal in the past but this seems to be improved now after she had a foal last year. She was a great mum and I would consider a breeding loan.
She can be an alpha mare-not nasty just likes to rule the roost but she turns out with our mares and gelding without issue.
Doesn't kick nip or barge, no wind sucking or cribbing - her only annoying habit is she likes to get buckets and put her back foot in them to make a noise! She will stay or in summer although we usually bring her in at night but likes her creature comforts in winter.
If anyone fancies a challenge or summer project then getin touch! I won't sell her unless a good successful loan period has passed due to her being quirky I would want to make sure all parties are happy. Don't mind her moving away from the area for the right home, I'm not the type of owner to interfere or take ponies back for silly reasons but she must go on loan first before I would consist selling due to her funny ways. She costs me nothing to keep around so I'll be super choosy about where she goes.
I will try and upload pics but if I can't I will happily email them or send via Facebook etc.
