Fabulous new forest gelding for sale. Maestro is a thoroughly genuine chap always presenting a willing attitude to all that is asked of him. He is easy in absolutely every respect. He is always snaffle mouthed with no gadgets, he schools well with three balanced paces with a straight true to type action. He jumps all fences cross country, showjumping/coloured fillers and working hunter fences. There is nothing this pony won't do!
He has shown very successfully in hand from a 2year old and under saddle from a 4year old placed at county level including romsey, ellingham, new forest county, bath and west, Surrey county to name a few.
Un phased by all traffic, goes out alone or in company, good in open spaces, easy to shoe, bath, trim (but haven't clipped him), loads and travels in a trailer or lorry and loads every time. Vaccinated, wormed and ready to go!
Currently ridden by young adult, also been ridden by mature lady rider and previously ridden by young 9yro in flat and jumping lessons. Maestro would be suitable for most riders, he is accommodating, reliable and does not require being ridden every day. He is an ideal family pony but still has the quality and talent to compete and win!
