I'm looking for a good online entry system for one of the shows that I am secretary for, does anyone have any good (or bad) ones please??
If you want to give a show name thats fine, I can find out from there!
I have a few that I can think of, but it would be good to get everyones opinion !

The Scottish Horse Show used Entrymaster Equine this year. "Puddledub" on here is our Entries secretary; I'm sure she would be very willing to discuss this with you.

Northern Counties Pony Association have all our main branch systems powered by Entrymaster & I am a TOTAL convert - I am not a computer whizz kid (or whizz OAP LOL!) & I find it is brilliant from a show secretary's point of view.
We have also had a lot of very good feedback from our members who all find it very easy to use.
One of the benefits from a competitor's point of view is that when they log their details with Entrymaster, it is very quick then to use it for any show/society that uses the Entrymaster system

(including the whizz OAP bit!!) For the SHS Stabling (this year) I still had to use the good old paper booking form - that may well change for 2015. However, Exhibitors who used the Entrymaster system praised it just as you have described. I'm sure our Entries Sec will endorse your comments.

I did my Scottish Horse Show entry online and it was really straightforward and quick, so that's another vote for Entrymaster

Entrymaster, brilliant from a competitors point of view. Find it much quicker and simpler than the one used by Cheshire County, but having said that, I still prefer that to putting pen to paper!

Much prefer online entries don't have to worry when a cheque is going to be cashed or rely on royal mail!! I lost my log in details for Entrymaster earlier this year and it was all sorted by email within a few minutes. So another vote for Entrymaster from me

One of the benefits from a competitor's point of view is that when they log their details with Entrymaster, it is very quick then to use it for any show/society that uses the Entrymaster system I first used entrymaster when entering an ncpa show and have used it many times since for various shows. The initial set up of details is easy enough and it's brilliant that it saves all the details for next use. Upon using it one day, I filled out the feedback form at the end and put one small criticism about an issue I'd had logging in. Within minutes I had a specific, helpful reply to prevent the same issue occurring again rather than just the automatically generated rubbish you usually get from websites. Gave me confidence that if ever I were to have issues or queries close to entries closing that were due to the online system rather than the show itself that I would actually get help in a timely manner before missing the deadline. Sent from my GT-I9195 using proboards

I don't know who bakewell use but I had a problem this year and emailed the company that runs it via their help button and did not receive any response at all. Luckily I copied the secretary into my email and she helpfully sorted it

I found the system used by Royal Windsor very good and the Norfolk Festival of. showing was great too.
If I recall correctly they were the same so key horses details Etc were saved so I could just select from pre enters details to complete entry. Made out very quick

Another vote for entry master, saves all your reg numbers and details so it is really quick to process any entries and if you have any problems or questions they are brilliant at responding quickley and sorting out.

The TGCA have used Entry Master for the first time this year. Feedback from members is positive and having used it myself, very easy to use. From a show sec point of view, it will also produce ring sheets, and easy to import information for the show catalogue.

I think major shows should get their heads together and use one system.... make life simples. Enter ponies details once and then your off.....
Also i think online entries should have a later closing date...... just a though.....
