Have read a previous query on how to get my advert (now on page 9 placed months ago) on page 1 again, but am sorry still don't understand. Please could you advise (in laymans terms) an elderly old nag!? Many thanks

All you need to do is add a new post to the thread saying 'upping' or 'still available' or whatever.

When you add a post to your advertising thread, the advert will jump back up to the top of the list, hence people will 'up' their adverts to get them back to the top of the page so that more people will see them. We've had to make rules regarding this as some people were just taking the mickey.
