What is the correct riding boots for section C and will rider be penalised for wrong boots ?

I think it looks better on some c's with short if there small and long if there bigger. I don't think you'll get penalised for either

Age of jockey??? A junior should ride in short boots and a senior in long. Agree though that some ponies do look better in certain boots.

If short boots look best, wear short. It's definitely mixed in C classes, depending on what looks best for the combination of jockey and pony.
