If you mean BSPS best rider, then the judge picks who they feel deserves the card, and it is only given in open classes that are qualifiers for the summer championships, & in the heritage classes the rider must be under 25 on 1st January.

I don't think it has to be any particular colour & you only need to wear it in the Heritage Open classes to identify that you are under 25 - some judges/stewards are interpreting the rule to mean that everyone needs to wear an armband (even in LR & FR classes where the riders as obviously under 25!). This happened at a show yesterday, no-one had armbands so no cards were given out  |
