We have tweeked the layout, from car park 2 you MUST come below ring 1 and 2 via 1 crossing point, there is NOT a walk way between the 2, Trade areas are above ring 1 and 2 in a public walkway, so PLEASE do NOT BRING ANY HORSES INTO ANY PUBLIC AREA THEY ARE ALLOWED UP THE MIDDLE OF RINGS 1/2/10A/10B AND 9, THEN ANYONE IN RINGS 3/4/7A/7B/7/6/5/OR 8 YOU MUST TURN RIGHT AND GO RIGHT AROUND THE OUTER EDGE IN WALK ONLY TO YOUR RINGS THERE IS NO SHORT CUT, AND ANY PUBLIC/ CHILDREN OR HELPERS MUST BE IN THE PUBLIC AREAS YOU CAN SEE ALL THE RINGS FROM PUBLIC AREAS THIS YEAR

I rely on you lovely people being my eyes and telling people to if you see them in the wrong areas, You know its a trek to most rings, but as a public event safety is paramount, and we do our best but rely on people helping others to be sensible.

FLAT WORKING IN FOR NON WORKING HUNTER CLASSES, is on Car Park 2 and you must not do this in the car park please. No Pushchairs in ANY horse areas, I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS AND DONT TUT OR GRUMBLE IF YOU HAVENT ABIDED BY REQUESTS AND I COME AND FIND YOU ...........

Could you please tell me if there will be a tannoy system that can be heard from the flat classes working in area and lorry park? I am likely to be coming alone and don't want to miss my class (or alternatively be stood around for ages by the ring) if the ring can't be seen from the working in area. Thanks

we have 3 lots of speakers all the way down the box park, BUT we cannot gurantee the wind direction, you need to be ring side for the not before time to gurantee getting in the class, if you guestimate time and miss class, rings cannot be seen from flat working in, cant please people all the time but there is no working in on the main show field for safety reasons
