such a shame that every riding club and society in the area has decided to hold thier show on the 10th of may. I think the count was up to 5 within an hours drive all on the same day and quite a few of them holding the same qualifiers.

I quite agree but we are a new committee who have recently taken over this branch and this date was the only available date at the venue. Yes, there are other venues but this offers what we want for our first Spring Show. But don't worry, we already have our 2016 dates and venues booked and hopefully we shouldn't clash ;-)

Do you have to be a member to qualify for NCpa champs? Or can you join afterwards?

I think you have 7 days to join after you qualify but not 100% certain x

Conniegirl - you can qualify without being a member but you must join to enter the POYS shows, no time limit other than before the entries close (usually mid August)

On behalf of the Committee I would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came and supported us yesterday at our first show as a new Committee. It has been hard work but we were well rewarded with entries and everyone's lovely comments.
Our next show is 5th July.
