Hi,
Who sells forelocks or are they easy enough to make?
My mare has a very short forelock and i have tried everything i can to grow this so now looking towards to having a small forelock put in, Not long just to around eye length to give a bit of length but also thickness.
Thanks

If you want to go showing do please check the regs first - some breed societies don't allow false hair to be used.

Thank you very much, we are going to make one as she has a few colours in be forelock so quite hard to be matched up. Love pippas forelock shame. And I haven't heard any problems with the Welsh lots of ponies have them in now so we ok to have one. Thanks anyway

Section 10.9 of the WPCS Judging and Showing Handbook 2015 - ".....will not be allowed, nor the addition of false manes and tails.". And I'm sure this is not a new rule for this year but has been in force for some time. Just because others break the rules it doesn't mean it's OK to do so.

I should imagine turned out of the class as it breaks a showing rule laid down by the society.
