We use a nice leather anatomical girth made by 'The Saddle Company' ...(Andrea Hicks) ...which we bought privately on EBay.
Obviously,we left no stone unturned firstly making sure that our bespoke saddle was optimally adjusted.
It gives a lot of security and stability to the saddle and there has been no movement at all using this girth...would highly recommend.
As a matter of interest,we ,like many another, use this girth for showing in native pony ridden classes without any problem as they look quite normal enough.
You can usually find them for sale on Ebay or Preloved for around £30-£40 or new in the region of £100. Black Country,The Saddle Company and Native Pony Saddle Company, amongst others, make nice ones.

Thankyou it is the girth which is slipping forward sending the saddle with it, have been back and forward to Peter at fylde a few times, luckily we live 5 mins away & it was him who suggested it.

The best thing I found was a professionals choice neoprene lined girth . Shaped ones helped to an extent but not as well as the pro choice.

Professionals Choice SMX Girths are excellent and the most truly non slip girth I too have come across, whilst still being kind to the horse and not requiring over tightening either. Well worth a try.

Agree about the Professionals Choice girth...probably THE best girth for preventing slip...we tried it to start with but pony tended to sweat a bit under it and made her a little itchy...but certainly did the job.
Thought the anatomical leather one we now use looked better for showing classes mind you but nothing at all against the Prof. Ch. As a matter of fact I have a 54" one hardly used throwing around somewhere...if anybody needs one.

We use a nice leather anatomical girth made by 'The Saddle Company' ...(Andrea Hicks) ...which we bought privately on EBay. We're a totally different company to The Saddle Company, now AH Saddles Ltd but used to be The Native Pony Saddle Company. Our girths are shaped for he elbow but not curved, we find we don't need to use curved girths as they saddles stay back the way we fit them, we don't use sticky or gel pads either . They are elasticated both ends, wide and padded giving a lot of grip and can help with fittings, but you ideally need a really well fitting saddle and use the point strap on it (never use a point strap if it's going to pull the front of the saddle down, or the width isn't quite right).

Sorry I stand corrected...always get mixed up between those three companies. Anyway, this anatomical girth is stamped ' The Saddle Company'but I bought it second hand on ebay. I do know about your saddles and products sbloom ...they are lovely but went the bespoke way with a local saddler as we are up in Yorkshire and was more convenient for us. Thanks.
