Yard has come available and would like to know what people think rent would be monthly
hard standing (probably big enough for a box and a couple of cars to park) Water Electricity Tack room 4 brick stables Average sized ménage Small turnout paddock about the size of the average ménage (no other turnout)

Really depends where in the "North West" you are I think. We are in Cheshire and land/yards are very much at a premium. However, I know further North prices reduce significantly

I wouldn't pay anything as the grazing is no where near enough even for 4 shetlands

I'm with Conniegirl on that. We have 3 stables and 8 acres but no manege yet - a much healthier and happier balance for the ponies.

Think you would struggle to rent it with no grazing. I pay £100 pw for 6 wooden stables, small ménage and 8 acres of grazing. I'm in Staffordshire
