Can anyone recommend a feed that will help put weight on but without the fizz, for a m&m.

Is wheatfeed what we call Thirds? If so then thats usually good for weight gain. I would maybe add a cup of micronised Linseed to his feeds and speedi beet. x

Mine goes really silly on calm & condition so i feed the speedi instead. He doesnt have big feeds : spillers conditioning fibre speedi beet Micro linseed and spillers original balancer He used to have all sorts of topline cubes etc before coming to us and had large feeds but i dont like to feed any cereals and have found this has kept his weight on much better

Thanks everyone I don't think the calm and condition makes hum fizzy he's very laid back and lazy and not spooky at all,he's in ad lib Haylage as well, he just isn't a good doer, maybe I shouldnt complain, he still got to mature up yet as well He's five.

Micronised linseed is fab. We have our horses on saracen feeds too...the feed advisor comes out and arranges the best diet for your horse
