Is anyone else having issues with entry master when trying to enter Derbyshire festival online? I tried at dinner time today and the whole thing crashed when I was half way through, just tried to do it again this evening, and Derbyshire festival isn't showing under the events, only NCPA spring spectacular that has already been
Can anyone help?

Dottydog - are you trying to enter through the correct avenue, as the Spring Spectacular is a Main Branch event?
Entries for NCPA Derbyshire Festival are made through the BRANCH website
You can follow the link from the main NCPA website, but you need to click on the DERBYSHIRE BRANCH website link first (not the enter online button)

On Line Entries for Derbyshire Festival are via our website, www.ncpa-derbys.co.uk,not any other way,as Janet has rightly pointed out, thanks. Postal entries are being taken until May 5th.

I think the problem was I had the main branch entry master open in my browser (to do the ncpa membership) and the Derbyshire branch one also open, and I mixed the two together! All sorted now and entries made

bopper are you using the correct system? You need to use the NCPA DERBYSHIRE BRANCH website (NOT main NCPA entrymaster) - link is in ccs post above or you can click on branch link via main ncpa website (www.thencpa.co.uk)
There is also a helpline to entrymaster under the login box if you are still struggling, or contact the show sectretary - I'm afraid I can't help you further but can try to "talk" you through if you ring the office later.

Is the charge for car parking a new thing?? I know it costs a lot of money to hire these venues but I would like to know how it's justified! I supported the show last year by making a member and entering, this year I just want to spectate, if I'm going to have to pay to park at every show I go to to support people I won't bother! I see this as a money making opportunity please correct me if I'm wrong!

The charge for the car parking is a new thing . The charge is £5 a car and that allows you to park for the two days. The reason for this is not a money making opportunity as mentioned in the previous post . We at Derbyshire Festival have to hire approximately an extra 10 acres to cope with the amount of cars coming in to spectate we also have to pay for the security guys to park up to 50 horse boxes on the Friday afternoon as well as the two days of the show. This will go towards the cost.
Our committee and friends work really hard to put this show on for all to enjoy so please come and support us and cheer your friends on.
