My pony has developed blocked sweat glands / hair follicles on her back. They don't bother her just wondering if anyone has any advice how to get rid of them?!?!
Wondered if they were an allergy so she's having Epsom salts in her feed to 'flush her system' so we can start a fresh. I've got a hibiscub so will be bathing her over the weekend and plan on keeping ontop of them that way.
Thanks in advance!!

Could you hot towel the area see if that opens them up?
