NCPA Staffordshire Festival postal entries have now closed. On-line entries are open for a further week, and close on the 22nd June. All classes EXCEPT Horse of the Year qualifiers can be entered on the day (cash only please)

Please note there is a print error in the schedule - the NPS/ Leyhills mixed mountain and moorland in hand section - Classes 61 will also include Welsh section A,B,C& D classes 62 & 63 will include A & B and 64 & 65 will include Welsh C & D The indoor arenas are booked and if the course builder decides the WH needs to be indoors it can be, if not it will be on grass www.ncpa-staffs.com/Staffs_Festival_2015_last.pdf |

ON-LINE ENTRIES CLOSE TOMORROW - after that on line-entries will only be excepted with an additional £10 extra per class on the original entry fee. Entries are taken on the day but NOT Horse of the Year qualifiers

Oh that's a shame, I was impressed at three counties as all the classes went to 12th, considering the quals are at least £30 each with usually a minimum of 15 in a class, it is quite bad that they can only place to 6th

Entries are now CLOSED for ALL Horse of the Year Show qualifiers.
We do take entries on the day for all other class, in-hand are £10 per class and ridden £15 per class (cash only)
Anyone who has entered after the 22nd June will need to collect their back numbers on the day.
If anyone has received their back numbers and needs to know which number relates to which animal please refer to your email confirmation when you entered the show on-line or look on their own entry master account.

I can confirm that we have moved the Workers indoors for both days Also a timely reminder that we have sent out numbers this year SO PLEASE REMEMBER to bring them with you !! however if you number is 829 or later you will need to collect them off me on the day. You should be able to check your number allocation from the conformation EMAIL off Entry Master. Hope you all have a successful &/or enjoyable weekend at Staffs Country festival (and I'm sort of looking forward to my annual showing show exposure & catching up with "old" friends) Tanina ps Mark Sheets will be posted on our website www.ncpa-staffs.com & our facebook page on the relevant evening & under no circumstances will the original be available at any time, however I will do my best to photocopy them for display but ONLY after the relevant championship. I entered on the 21st june and havent recieved my numbers? It says above if you entered before 22nd you will be sent them, post man has already been today and didnt bring them.
I cant find if my numbers was after 829

pipandwill - you will have to check the email you received from entrymaster - it will have been sent on completion of your entry ie on 21st according to your post.
The committee are all at Rodbaston setting up today & tomorrow
