4yo Chestnut mare unmeasured but would think she will measure in for 133cm classes. Top quality, well matured, lovely conformation and totally beautiful little mare who is bred in the purple for the job. Sire Stanley Grange Cocktail is a prolific HOYS and RIHS producer and her Dam is Stambrook Musicality herself very well bred for the show ring but also a top graded sports pony mare, given a BEF Elite mare award and herself competing at BD started a promising Event/WHP career before suffering a career ending injury, her sire is Laithehill Gondolier sire to HOYS winners and he was a top 138cm SJ pony under Yasmin Ingham who is now double gold European eventer.
So Cosmo has a lot of pedigree to live up to but has had a super start in life. She is our first homebred and has already got winnings and qualified for various championships over the years up to county level but we haven't over shown her. She has grown up in a small herd of youngsters and broodmares and has been allowed to be a pony but at the same time has been well handled, reg wormed, trimmed, seen the dentist recently with no issues and no wolf teeth, all her vaccinations are up to date etc.
Cosmo is now ready to go and start her working career. Cosmo has been under saddle only 4 weeks but has proven to be a total sweetheart, very smart and talented and what a quick learner. She has been ridden by children both novice and more experienced and has adapted well to each and has done absolutely everything asked of her. She has been schooling on the flat, walk, trot and canter and shows lovely paces which has always been there in hand and remarked upon by judges at shows. However I feel her forte will be her very careful, brave and scopey jump. She has really enjoyed her jumping and hasn't looked at a thing we have thrown at her. Cosmo has also been out hacking, goes in front or behind and hasn't batted an eyelid at any traffic. Cosmo is still obviously very green in her work but she is very genuine and I have no worries with her going off to a child to produce easily.
She has been on a farm seen cows, tractors dogs etc she is now ready to have a little person or a producer to take her on to fulfil her potential and our dreams as a stud to see her go on to the top of her game. She would also event and do all PC activities or make a lovely quality BYRDS pony with her correct movement.
Open to all vets, producers trainers etc For sale direct from her breeder where her dam and half brother can be seen her full history and photos videos etc can be seen, very sad sale of a much loved pony. But will be wasted left in a field or to just go straight into our breeding program she needs to go out and win!
