Hi i have recently had our saddle altered and refitted, by a local saddler he can said it was correct, but a we said at the time it seemed tight he said it wasnt, now pony in bucking and rearing our intrustor and physio both say its too tight, but our saddle still say it isnt, any advise or should i cancel the payment,

I think it is only fair to contact him and tell him what has happened and give him a chance to correct it, though I understand why you'd not want to. Part of the payment will have been a call out for costs which has in incurred too, not a saddle fitting charge. See if he can fix it, if he doesn't, and is a member of the SMS then you can go after him via them, though not sure they're always that helpful. Otherwise you can contact the CAB trading standards team and see how best to proceed.

he was coming three miles down the road, i and contacted him as soon as my physio said it was too tight, he was interested said it was fine. we havent riden in the saddle again dont want too cause a problem,put it this way i wont be using him again.

If the saddle is too tight and it was tight at the time of fitting(not 6 months ago because the horse could have put weight on)then the saddle is now not fit for purpose. Be polite and insist that the saddle fitter should come out again to check the saddle or take the horse to the saddle fitter to be checked.
When the fitting took place did you ride the horse whilst the saddle fitter was there?
