Do we need more boxes to hire

We are thinking of starting up our own Self Drive Hire or even be drove to a shows in the new year. I know personally the struggle and the pain of not being able to show when it seems like everyone else is out. Throughout this year we have tried to hire boxes quite a few were already gone on the dates we wanted the dates even had reserves incase the person hiring then canceled. We would be North West Based and it would be a 3.5 Horsebox that would be available.



But my question is do you think they is enough horseboxes out their to hire or is they a need for more? I know what i think but would like to see your thoughts are about this and see if this is a crazy idea or a good one.

I just wonder if there is enough money in it? You have to buy a lorry that is good quality, maintain and insure it, and then if someone wrecks it and its off the road how do you cover your bookings.
I hire from a company but they mainly do long term lease and sales now. I have been a customer for over six years and some of the ones they have taken in as Px have been absolute rubbish although they look shiny and new on the outside. I think a horsebox club is a better deal where everyone pays a yearly fee
