Hi We have never been before and qualified for sfas wh. I am booking Thurs and Friday night stables and I know I get 3 passes which I'm hoping will cover both days (only using 2 passes as only 2 going in the waggon) But I have a friend who is bring her daughter so need to buy an extra pass (I have one spare.). If I buy one will that cover both days and can they come and collect them from office even tho they are parking in normal carpark. ..im really confused. 1) do exhibitor passes only cover one day or for the amount of days the stable is booked for .

Exhibitor passes only cover the day your in the ring. When you do your entries you have to order any other passes you may need for that day or other days or you won't be able to get in they're very strict.

As above, your exhibitor passe only allow you entry to the show for the day of your class, you will need to buy passes for entry on the day you are not competing. You can get in the stables and after the show has finished, the Caldene to work in for your time slot the evening before (if that is when your time slot is) but if you want to go in to watch/shop etc, you need to buy passes for that day.
You can buy your friend the extra passes. You get sent a card which you then take very early in the morning to the stable managers office and they take your card and place a wristband on your wrist. If you provide your friend with a card, they can access the stable managers office and will be given a wristband.
