Hello Toaster. Entry for competitors is free. Spectators have a car parking charge but free entry after that into the show ground.

Entries for HOYS qualifiers will close tomorrow Thursday.
Only entries on the day are for the in hand classes, and non HOYS ridden classes.

Hi. I thought they closed 27 July as stated. This is very annoying to change dates of closing as I entered ones I would no longer enter. I do think you should think about refunding entries no longer needed at this point as would not have been made if closing date was 6 August. I will be e mailing for refunds in two Hoys qualifier classes.

Bizzare, what is the reason for the extended closing date?

How much is car parking as my horse is travelling on someone else's wagon, which entries have been paid for and I have to pay again to watch? Cost of entries plus parking!

I'm sure I heard it is £10 for parking. I remember thinking it was the same as at HOYS.

At hoys if u are competing then u don't have to pay to park car so I would imagine it would be the same here if you are competing

This has to be the hardest show to find out any information, Couldnt agree more, after trawling fb, all I found our is that they have moved rings 4+5 because the ground was too hard. Dreading this show to be quite honest, we have three horses there on friday and only myself and mum, we are just trying to find out if our classes are going to clash(probably will knowing my luck) but trying to find the entries out to work out timings is like trying to get blood out of a stone, we sacrificed going to equifest this week to go to this show, as its only 45mins away, but I wish we had gone to equifest, I have already read some bad reviews that the organisation there has been poor.

I emailed earlier this week & was told that entries would be put up at the start of each day but I have no idea where? Website? Secretary's office? Not really a good start

Thanks for that ambassador. Luckily the show ground is only 20 mins up the road for me. It does all rather sound a shambles, organisation and information is shocking
