Do you mean palominos with blue eyes, or the double cream dilutes with pink skin and two blue eyes?

Blue eyed palominos, not dilutes.

Blue eyes shouldn't make any difference to a judge judging a palomino in Welsh or M&M classes - I don't know about colour classes though, they may be different, not my area. But not all judges like the double dilutes and they aren't very commonly shown.
Palominos are genetically chestnut with one copy of cream dilute.

Colour of body and/or eyes shouldn't make any difference as long as your pony fits the breed description. The odd judge may have a personal dislike, but just black list them and move on! My blue eyed boy was 4th at the royal welsh winter fayre last year, he's had some play time over the spring/summer but we're looking forward to having him out again next year
