Hi all,
I'm looking to do some HOYS/RI qualifiers with my small hunter next year - something i have never done before. I'm unsure on what societies etc i need to join?/ best time to join? Any advise as this is all completely new to me! I get married next year and so i'm trying to be a little organised so that all of the expence doesn't come at once.
He is currently only registered with his breed society (Irish Draught, and has a full JMB)
Any help would be great appreciated! - I almost feel a little out of my depth! I have no expectation that we will qualify however i fully intend to enjoy trying
Thank You! Sarah

For HOYS qualifiers you need to join BSHA and register your horse on their hunter register. If you wanted a prep run this year we are holding a small hunter HOYS qualifier at Stoneleigh Horse Show next week, and uniquely you do not need to be a member of any society to enter. Entries close on Thursday though.

For the Royal International qualifiers you need to join Sports Horse (GB).
