Tonight I noticed a rather small bump on my ponies front two legs, you can only just see them by eye they are very small. At first my initial thought was splints and after panicking looking up splint products I noticed that the location of the bumps is a lot further down towards the fetlock than the splint examples, he shows no lameness or discomfort around the area, and there isn't any swelling. Any ideas if this could be something else? I've not had a animal with splints before so not that experienced with them, thanks in advance

If you have two that have come up at exactly the same time in line with each other, perhaps the horse as run into a fence, or something similar? I would cold hose regularly and wait to see what happens so long as the animal is sound.
