Hi,
I am looking to start doing HOYS and RI ridden qualifiers with my welsh A next year. I know that to qualify for to compete in the RI qualifiers, the horse, rider and owner need to be registered to the BSPS but do I need a JMB measurement certificate to do the qualifiers or can I get one once and if I qualify?

You only need height certificate for M&Ms if you qualify so you can do qualifiers without

As far as I know (but check, just in case!) you don't need a height certificate for M&Ms at RI but you do at HOYS.
