Any novice/open SHP results please. Open 143 SHP 2nd Tamarind Fascination (well done Laura!) Watched the first shp class (122cm) and there was only one competitor in it .... show hunter ponies have been thin on the ground in NW this winter season

Thanks Bigmamma=we watched the novice 13hh class and it looked a pretty good class with some lovely ponies-loved the one that won. The novice 14/15hh seemed to be together as only one 14hh-did not stay to watch the results. Were there many in the open 15hh as we were going to take ours but changed our mind at the last minute.

Flicker we saw the start of the 15hh novice which also included the 1 14hh that was there-it was not a bad class but we did not see the open and wondered how many were in and what won. We watched the novice 13hh but did not see any pulled off shoes-the ponies all went pretty well-the winner was a bit disturbed by a young girl who insisted in taking her younger sibling up and down the gallery in its pushchair-then left the arean area for the rest of the class to perform-thankfully the judge left the pony top as it really was nice. (Sorry get a bit annoyed by people having no thought for young riders in the ring on novice ponies by letting there children run up and down etc)
