Coat not right

I'm starting to worry that my mares coat isn't as well as it usually is this time of year. She was fully clipped all winter as with previous years and is wormed up to date and kept warm at all times. Her skin and coat however feel dry and she isn't showing her usual lustre. Wondering if this changeable weather is the culprit and any advice on getting her skin in better condition!? She is on a good feed balancer and I feed micronised linseed also

I love Lumin8 by carrs, it works wonders on dull coats and skin. I know what you mean with the weather and dull coats, there is only my hunter who never gets a winter coat who is shiney.
