Well the website seems to be offline but I remember seeing activity on their Facebook page these last couple of days and they are responding to queries so everything would appear to be ok. friendly group of people and helpful.

I can find a Home Counties Welsh Show on FB but not the association. I am pretty sure they used to hold their shows at Berkshire College of Agri and Great Westwood in Watford a couple of years ago but I seem to have lost track of them.

Sadly (and selfishly for me!) their events moved further up north, often to Bury Farm which I agree is a great venue but for me a longer drive. but I have no idea if there is a spring show or not this year, sorry.
