9 year old 41" black standard shetland.
He is full brother to Waulkmill Swift & Waulkmill Redstart and was professionally broken by Debbie Barr.
I have owned Bumble for 4 years and he has been on loan for the past 2 years as my little boy wasn't interested. I couldn't bare to part with him and was hoping my son would become interested as he got older, hence him going on loan! He was outgrown by his loan home and unfortunately my son still isn't interested so I have made the very difficult decision to put him up for sale.
He has shown at local and county level in lead rein, First Ridden and open riddens and has also competed in WH, show jumping Dressage, pairs, adult and child, Fancy Dress (makes a fab Mini Drummer Horse!) and Concours. He has had some fantastic results inc wins and championships at county shoes and even a reserve supreme of show! He's not bothered by atmosphere and has been in quite a few evening performances. Bumble has been in the Open m&m championship and the pairs in the Evening at Equifest and behaved perfectly in a very buzzy arena.
He even came 3rd in the Shetland Grand National at Aintree!
He loves hunting and will keep up with the big horses whilst staying mannerly to his jockey.
He's ridden by toddlers and adults so is a true family pony, Bumbles a sensitive soul who loves to please, he's real softy and loves cuddles and kisses.
He's good enough to qualify for HOYS and can really jump so with a small competent jockey could also go quite far in workers. He's also broken to drive and is pretty good pulling a sledge through the snow!!! (Although he hasn't driven whilst on loan)
Bumble will only go to the best of homes where he will be loved and treated like a king.
He is not a cheap pony as will literally turn his hoof to anything whilst keeping his jokey safe.
No time wasters or dreamers as this has been a hard enough decision but one I know I needed to make as he is far to good to be wasted with me.
I have millions of photos and videos available, his loaners would also be happy to speak to any perspective owner. Tack available separately.
