Help. This is driving me insane. I've been reading about which is best to reduce concussion and impact and provide support. I think that the smb's look good.

Tendon boots give no support only protection. Bandages are more reliant on the person putting them on for even tension but more flexible in positioning. Sport medicine boots can get grit inside if not carefull. Both bandages and smb's can overheat the tendons if left on for long periods. I would use smb's for protection but bandages for support. Non reduce concussion. Not much help really.

From a veterinary point of view, recent research indicates that nothing much can provide support. You can provide protection with boots or bandages. However, you must also weigh up the other effects of these such as overheating.
