Sitting in the lorry park. Standing water everywhere and it's still raining. Dangerous ground so organisers had no choice.

Awful news but inevitable with the amount of rain we have had locally. Both last night and this morning driving down the M40 I could literally not see the cars in front of the car ahead of me! I Feel for the guys supposed to be competing today.

Couldn't believe it when Chloe phoned me this morning as i am working in Glasgow which is bathed in brilliant sunshine! So much for the 'sunny South'!
Really feel for everyone who made the jpurney, took time off work etc. fingers crossed for the rest of the week.
Saw pictures of our boy all dressed for a party and nowhere to go! Bet he has enjoyed getting muddy in the field instead!

We had this rain yesterday and the night before, went from calm to torrential in no time, seemed to go on forever.
