Hello
I am just trying to find a suitable Pelham to stop my boy from leaning, there isn't really enough room in his mouth (fleshy tongue) for a double. He is currently in a French link Pelham, he schools beautifully at home in his loose ring French link snaffle.
I have never really bought into the Neue schule bits, I have always thought they were very expensive, how different can they be? Somebody has recommended the new schule turtle top Pelham, has anybody had any experience with these? Or even the Waterford Pelham? And do NS bits actually make a big difference?
Thank you

I can't comment on whether they are any good or the turtle top bits make a difference but maybe look at the bit hire companies to try before you try for a nominal cost. My horse loves a Waterford mouth piece and I find the show pelham sides work well so you still have the movement of the loose ring - I had to get one made specially approx £110.
