The only one I actually know is NCPA Staffordshire Country Festival (Saturday 2nd July) see full schedule www.thencpa.co.ukOnline entries are now open through the BRANCH online entry link (below schedule link) A bit early (& not what you are asking about, but may help!) but the NCPA Northern Spectacular Show on Saturday 1st October at Richmond EC DL10 7PL will have the full range of NPS Spring Festival qualifiers for 2017, including Novice & Pure Novice |

Not sure what area you are from? There are Picton qualifiers at BSPS Area 11 on 30th May which is in the NeW Forest also NPS Area 20 show at SOE showground in June has them and Intermedate and Young qualifiers.
