This is quite difficult to write.
I have a stunning conny gelding that is 9 years old today and I have been battling lameness for 3 years. He tore a suspensory ligament and despite nearly £10,000 worth of treatment through insurance and my own money, he cant seem to sustain work without breaking down every 6 months. To say im devastated is an understatement. Hes everything to me. I am now facing retiring him from ridden work and I feel completely trapped in my situation as I cant afford to purchase another pony.
I am tentatively offering a 10* loan home to the right pony/horse. 14.2 or over as I am a slim size 12 but 5ft 10. I show and do workers but happy to take on something I can do either with. I can guarantee an amazing life for any pony I take on - I am on a yard in Bolton with 365 days a year turn out at my disposal, a school and I have my own transport. Looking for something sensible and of nice quality.
Not in a rush. Please feel free to message me for my number for a chat if you feel you have something suitable.
Many thanks, Becky

***FOR SALE OR LOAN TO STAY ON CURRENT YARD***
15'2 Part bred arab/working show horse, Gelding, 10 year old Lenmar shady sunrise (Horace)
Horace is a complete all rounder, he has been shown and qualified for the cherif and been placed in the top 10 and been very successful at the recent arab nationals. He's competed in dressage and achieved marks in the high 60s and low 70s in prelims and novices. Horace also enjoys farm rides and cross country clinics and loves showjumping. He really has a passion to jump but needs a more confident rider on to get the experience, however has jumped a showjumping course with a complete novice and looked after her and went round sweetly. He is homebread and this will be a extremely sad sale as we have been through so much and watched him grow into the horse he is today and he really is a lovely horse! He would be ideal for a mother daughter share/teenager. Only for sale as I am still in ponies and my mum has hung her boots up from competing and he's just being wasted with us and he will never reach his full potential. No novices as he is a ginger and is sensitive when it comes to people being heavy handed with him. NO MORE TIME WASTERS! This horse has been messed around too much recently! No lumps bumps or blemishes. Would suit and is eligible for the new working show horse class at Hoys and intermediate show riding type and PBA. Very straight forward paces. Serious enquiries only to a 5* home Please email helenandalice1@gmail.com or call 07766223898 for more info
